Q. I couldn't find the Mercedes-Benz I'm looking for. Where else can I look?
A. If you can't find the vehicle you are looking for, why not give one of Silver Star Motors Sales Professionals a call with your requirements and let us do the searching for you. Our Sales Professionals will discuss your needs and price range and will source the best Mercedes-Benz model to suit.

Q. Will you deliver my new car to me?
A. Yes we can deliver your vehicle to your home, or if you prefer to your place of work. When discussing delivery dates, please make sure you discuss this option. We do however, prefer to deliver your vehicle from our showroom as the delivery process involved means we can explain all the technical advances of your car in a relaxed and spacious environment.

Q. How long will I have to wait for delivery of my new car?
A. For a vehicle in stock with ourselves we can usually arrange collection within five working days. Should the vehicle not be in stock this time is subject to change.

Q. Can I trade in my old car when I buy my Mercedes-Benz from you? A. Yes, we will take any make or model in part exchange.

Q. How do I book a test drive?
